Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return and will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@artolostore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from our team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@artolostore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
